Students from CACC toured the campus of Linn
State Technical College on Friday, November 30. Students were presented with an
overview of the admission process before splitting into area of interest groups where students toured the transportation division, the industrial division, the civil division and the computer division, including a tour of the library, activity center, academic resource center and dorms. Electronics and Robotics students visited each electronic classroom,met the instructors and learned about courses offered in Microcontrollers, Bio-medical systems, Automation and Robotics. Lunch was provided on campus, and several students even won door prizes. A stop at Central Dairy for ice cream completed the trip.
