MU Operations Partners in Education Scholarship recipient announced

CACC Partner in Education MU Operations is dedicated to expanding their reach at the career center because they believe that the classes offered here can have a positive and life-changing impact on students' lives and career paths. To that end, new this year, MU Operations established a $1,000 merit based scholarship to a senior Outstanding Student nominee who will be attending Mizzou in the fall. Of the many students who will be Missouri Tigers next year, the three students with the highest overall scores were interviewed by a selection committee. Those students were Colton Franke, Bailey Lawson and Lauren Norfleet.  Congratulations to Bailey Lawson, Rock Bridge senior for being the first recipient of the MU Operations Partners in Education scholarship. Bailey is an Independent Study Baking and Pastry and Culinary Arts 2 student who plans on studying Event Planning at Mizzou.  Gary Ward, Vice Chancellor for MU Operations and Chief Operating Officer awarded Bailey the scholarship.
