COMPASS Testing
The COMPASS test is required by Community Colleges for placement into Math and English courses. The COMPASS is a computer based, untimed test that helps the college evaluate your skills and place you into appropriate courses. Tests are offered in reading, writing and math. Unlike traditional tests, there is generally no “passing score.” Instead COMPASS identifies subject areas where you may need help.
To register call Columbia Area Career Center at (573) 214-3803 or you may register online at www.career-center.org/adult.
Fees: COMPASS Test: $20.00 (Results sent to one institution of choice).
