Congratulations to CACC Culinary instructor Jeff Rayl for being awarded "Chef of the Year" by the American Culinary Federation Central Missouri Chapter. Jeff has served as coordinator of the ACF Apprenticeship program for the past 15 years, where he oversees students from Johnson County Community College Culinary Arts program who are involved in internships at approved job sites in Columbia. Rayl has been an instructor at CACC for 15 years, teaching Culinary I & II. The banquet was held at Lodge of the Four Seasons in Lake Ozark.
