The Arden Boyer Stephens Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior who attends Columbia Area Career Center and will be pursuing a degree from an accredited college in an area related to their career center program of study. This scholarship was established to honor Dr. Boyer-Stephen's commitment to career and technical education. Dr. Boyer-Stephens retired in June 2010 from Columbia Public School after being employed for twenty-three years at Columbia Area Career Center where she served as a Vocational Evaluator, Vocational Resource Educator, Administrative Assistant, Assistant Director and Director.
Congratulations to this year's recipient, Morgan Widhalm, a Rock Bridge senior who will be attending Notre Dame in the fall.
