The Big O Tire scholarship was established by Rusty and Melanie Coats to encourage and assist students pursuing a career in automotive technology or a related automotive field. Congratulations to Jonathan "Scotty" Johnson, the 2014 recipient of the Big O Tire $1,000 Scholarship. Johnson is a second year Automotive Tech student from Hallsville who will be studying Light Duty Diesel and General Automotive at Linn State Technical College. The award was presented by Rusty Coats of Big O Tires.
