Advanced Horticulture students create centerpieces for CPS Foundation Dinner

Students from Sherie Rodekohr's Advanced Horticulture class were recruited to create the table centerpieces for the Columbia Public Schools Foundation Dinner held October 16 at Battle High School. Not only were the creations beautiful, they allowed the students to practice event planning, client relationships and budgeting. Students enjoyed the challenge of designing for a purpose and having their work showcased at a celebration  where Columbia Public Schools honors their finest alumni, educators and volunteers.
