Members of Larry Henneke and Meridith Thornton's Ag classes from Battle High School and CACC were among the 1500 Missouri high school students who attended University of Missouri's Bradford Farm Field Day. Students got the chance to experience agriculture first hand with over 30 demonstrations and displays, including putting their hand in a fistulated cow to check out what was being digested. Students returned to the classroom enthusiastic about the opportunities available to them through ag education. For more details about the Bradford Farm Field day, click here.
