Culinary and Baking and Pastry Students both take first at SkillsUSA State contest.

The CACC Culinary Arts Department is proud to announce our results of the Missouri SkillsUSA State competition this weekend.

All four CACC Culinary competitors did an extraordinary job.

Chormaic Sullivan – 1st place Culinary Arts (RBHS Senior)
Austin Scoles – 1st place Commercial Baking (RBHS Senior)
Bailey Lawson – 2nd place Commercial Baking (RBHS Junior)
Jacob Ventrillo – 5th place Culinary Arts (RBHS Junior)

The students have spent countless hours practicing throughout their time in the program.

Chormaic and Austin will continue to the national level and represent Missouri in their respective contests. SkillsUSA will hold their National Convention during the last week of June and the students will compete for the National Title.

Stay tuned for information about upcoming fundraisers to help send Chormaic and Austin to Nationals.
