Baking and Pastry students learn from a pro

Certified Master Sugar Artist and local business owner, Edith Hall brought her passion and expertise to Carri Risner's Baking and Pastry classes to demonstrate cake decorating and sugar flower design in an effort to instruct and inspire budding young pastry chefs. Known for the beautiful wedding cakes she creates, she also competes nationally in cake decorating contests and is currently working behind the scenes for the Food Network as a food stylist for a program slated to air March 19 called "Save my Bakery".
